About the Journal

Jurnal Ekselenta – Jurnal Ilmiah Fakultas Teknik is an international open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sains Indonesia. The journal serves as a platform for researchers, academics, professionals, practitioners, and graduate students to disseminate high-quality original research, review articles, and case studies that contribute to the advancement of engineering science and technology.

The journal publishes two issues annually, in June and December, and welcomes manuscripts in various engineering disciplines, particularly Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Interdisciplinary studies integrating engineering with information technology, sustainability, artificial intelligence, manufacturing systems, digital transformation, renewable energy, and engineering management are also highly encouraged.

Jurnal Ekselenta aims to promote scientific excellence by publishing innovative research with theoretical significance and practical applications that address contemporary industrial, technological, and societal challenges. The journal encourages contributions that support sustainable development, industrial competitiveness, smart manufacturing, digital engineering, automation, optimization, quality improvement, energy systems, logistics, supply chain management, ergonomics, maintenance engineering, production systems, product development, and engineering education.
